Way to make SMU proud
Mustang connections
SMU alumni, students, friends and family gathered to watch the game across the country, including in Seattle:
and in Houston...Learn how to connect with Mustangs throughout the year at SMU Alumni. Go Ponies!
Home Sweet SMU
Well, that's Dallas Hall in the background. We've made it back. This weekend has been amazing. We were blessed with safe travel and made it all in one piece. Pony Up and Go Stangs!

Thanks, SMU mom!
Heading back to the Hilltop
After stopping for a little breakfast at Subway, it was my turn to drive the SMU "billboard." Despite going through some pretty heavy rainfall, spirits are still high, we're making great time, and we know the sun must be shining bright on the Hilltop!
The group is still in awe of how amazing this trip has been, and we are so excited for what the future holds at SMU. After the game last night we had a chance to mingle with some of SMU's finest alumni, including Hall of Fame running back Eric Dickerson! He was gracious enough to take another photo with us no longer in costume. It's been such an amazing trip, and we can't wait to get back to campus for our second semester.- Braven Griffin, first-year fan
A great day for Mustangs
Mustang Pride
What a great day for the Mustangs. Fans from across the country came to Birmingham to cheer the team. Some senior players said the journey started right here at Legion Field with their first conference road victory under June Jones in 2009. Today was the 100th career college victory for Jones, who said "We're excited about where we are headed. It's a great time to be in Dallas at SMU." There was a great show of spirit from the sea of red in the crowd of more than 29,000, including SMU great Eric Dickerson. They cheered the players, the Mustang Band and Peruna, wearing his commemorative blanket in honor of the University's 100th birthday. Enjoy these photos. Watch for the full gallery coming Monday.
